projects and gallery public participation about diana burch contact button

"Diana worked tirelessly to help Fulham Palace deliver Bronze Arts Award in a week, delivering inspirational content, fitting right into our team, environment and project with very little time to prepare and connecting effortlessly with the young participants. I would not hesitate to recommend her as an artist and practitioner for any variety of projects and needs".

N. McIntosh - Learning and Engagement Manager , Fulham Palace Trust, SW6.

As a freelance artist I work on a range of projects.  I devise and lead relevant and inclusive workshops in museums, galleries and educational settings. I have delivered a bronze Arts Award intensive programme and worked with large and small groups of all abilities. My largest community project (grant-aided by the Ernest Cooke Trust) saw over 500 people of all ages craft a mosaic square from recycled materials. Other projects have been supported by Arts Council England, Enable Arts and the Heritage Lottery Fund.

My dedication to public participation reflects my high regard for creativity's role in mental and physical wellbeing. The social significance of small and larger communities working together underpins these benefits.  The key element that drives this work is my belief in accessibility to the arts for all and my enjoyment of working with people, encouraging and facilitating participation.
